However, once the issue was resolved, the work was done promptly and the communication was clear. I do recommend this location. Had I known I could have gotten an aftermarket one for $250 I would have done the work myself. As much as I enjoy the service experience at Kelly I can no longer afford to go there if Nissan is going to overcharge me on their parts cost. More
Good service staff; lousy waiting room David was clear, helpful and accommodating. The only reason I would recommend. I have (and had) BMW, Mercedes and Audi vehicles. Your Infiniti waiting room is below the standards of a luxury vehicle. The chairs are uncomfortable. Others companies feature cushion chairs with table tops for computers and beverages. The room is small with everyone crammed together. The food and beverage options are minimal. Old pastries with salespeople walking in salivating does not qualify as snacks anymore. There are wide ranges for snacks both tempting and healthy. Including beverages. Very disappointing More

Unethical Practices Brought my car in for body work. Discovered afterward that the paint had been applied incorrectly. It is now cracking and peeling.
