Another great experience at Kelly with Yamen. This will be our 5th Jeep through Yamen. Yamen is easy to talk with, listens and goes the extra mile. It’s obvious he loves his job. After a 3-4 hour Saturday be our 5th Jeep through Yamen. Yamen is easy to talk with, listens and goes the extra mile. It’s obvious he loves his job. Was recommended to replace sparkplugs for $822 on my Jeep Grand Cherokee even though I had done it myself two days earlier and letting them now when dropping the car off.
