Travis Nelson restored my faith! I had a terrible experience when the transmission on my paid-off "baby car" died. Another dealer convinced me she was not worth fixing and talked me into a vehicle that I drove for 10 days before they called me to say they could not get the financing. I was left without a car and the option to get my baby back as they had already sent her to the junk-yard and could not get her back. I had to argue with the owner to get any compensation for my car. After an exhaustive search I walked into Kelly and met Travis Nelson....I explained my situation and within a half-hour I left with a reliable vehicle and financing in place. I contacted Kelly online and they called me back within the hour to schedule an appointment. I was running late for my scheduled appointment with Dave, but they were still able to squeeze me in on to speak with Joe on a busy saturday. I went in having a good idea of what I wanted and Joe was able to answer the -very- specific questions that I had about the vehicle. When you speak with someone in automotive sales you can tell when you are talking to someone who just sells cars and someone who is a "car guy"; Joe is the latter. He was very honest about some of the reviews made about the vehicle and what analysts believed were shortcomings, and made my selection easier. Joe stayed late to make sure that all the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed. When I bought my Subaru, I never thought I would buy another make, but now I am the proud and delighted owner of a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and I'm not looking back. More
