BUT, I would be extremely negligent, I did not compliment the Kelly Mitsubishi dealership. The sales effort of David Chwastyk and his Sales manager was an outstanding experience. I have purchased several new cars and cannot believe I am taking the time to commend a dealership on their sales interaction and process. David was one of the most knowledgeable, professional, responsive, patient and courteous - sales representatives I have ever worked with. I never had many questions, since all the information was well presented and communicated during the car inspection and test drive. Thank you and I am sure we will be back! More

DON"T buy from KELLY!! Please Read BE AWARE!! Everything was great for the first week, Said they would check out problems I had with the new vehicle when my car goes in for "we owe you part" upon Everything was great for the first week, Said they would check out problems I had with the new vehicle when my car goes in for "we owe you part" upon buying vehicle. Took it in, they refused to fix problems, after it took a week for me to get ahold of someone to find out if it was approved they said they wouldn't put any money into it since they wont be making anymore money off of the vehicle. Even though we made them aware of the issues within a few day/week of purchase and they said it went threw a 120 point inspection!!. Service engine light comes on, took it in to have plugged in (Dave assisted from service)and refused to hook vehicle up until $95 is paid first. took to auto zone showed manager at Kelly the slip of issues he says its covered under warrenty if any problems have service call but Dave says its not and wouldn't call the manager. Also, they NEVER submitted the registration and a month later I got a refund for online registration fee!!! called again, they said to talk to Carla, according to their records it was done, and yet still waiting for a call back this is day 2. Don't recommend to anyone this was the biggest mistake I made!!! More

I love my new OUTLANDER SPORT SE!!!!!! I had a 2005 BMW and it was really giving me lots of trouble. I decided that I would need to try and get into something more comfortable and with bet I had a 2005 BMW and it was really giving me lots of trouble. I decided that I would need to try and get into something more comfortable and with better gas mileage. I went in to Kelly Mitsubishi and spoke with Mohamad Almalla. He was very polite and helpful. He showed me several models of SUVs and cars and allowed me to test drive them as well. We spoke at length and he even stayed late until 9:30 pm on two separate nights to help us decide which vehicle and options we really wanted. Moe was very helpful and walked us through the entire car buying process and really took the time to make sure we understood what we were signing and why. Moe made sure I understood all the vehicle functions, how to pair my phone with my vehicle and even gave me a demonstration on the voice features. I felt very comfortable and happy with this purchase and he made sure I didn't feel uncomfortable at any time! I would DEFINITELY recommend the Kelly Mitsubishi dealership!! Ask for Moe! More

Fantastic Experience I was having serious problems with my current vehicle, which made it progressively more unsafe to drive. Unfortunately, my credit is not in the best shape, which I was worried would make it incredibly difficult for me to get approved for a new car. Eric had great concern for the safety of my son and myself, and went above and beyond in getting me approved for a new vehicle. Lots of time and effort was put into not only getting the approval, but a great price and affordable monthly payments. He was very informative through the process, as well as friendly and patient,which really made the experience pleasant and easy. I would highly recommend him to others. More

I finally bought a "New" car I visited the dealership while doing my tour of the auto mile. Found I liked the look of the mirage. Meet with Eric at the time - but didn't have the time to do a test drive. Returned on a later date and test drove the mirage... but wanted to test a few other cars I found on the mile. Came back and took out the mirage again. While deep consideration of the vehicle was taken over some Dunkin Donuts... I returned yet again and spoke yet again with Eric about the outlander sport. Yet another test drive. Eric had a great deal of patience with me thru the whole process. And finally as I near my 40th birthday - I can say "I finally bought my first NEW car". Thanks Eric and staff for the time and care you showed me. AND I LOVE MY CAR! More
