When I stopped off at kelly automotive group on Lehigh Street in emmaus, my wife and I wanted a used vehicle, but had no idea of what make or model. All we knew was that we needed 3rd row seating and preferred the vehicle to be all wheel drive. Rob walked us around showing us the vehicles he had on his lot that offered the 3rd row &AWD two options that were very important to me and my wife. My wife did not like any of the vehicles, so we moved on to another lot next door. We looked around found more vehicles, but yet my wife and I were not really diggin the style of the vehicles. Though out the whole 2hours we spent with Mr. Crail he did not seem to get agitated with us one bit! We were hard to work with, just because we didn't even know what we wanted. He seemed very pleased to help us find the vehicle that was for us. That day we did not find it, even though we just killed a couple hours of his time and did not buy anything, his attitude did not change toward us, he continued to treat us like human beings! We exchanged phone numbers and we went on our way home. A Couple of days went by, my wife and I were still looking for this vehicle we want. We looked up and down the auto mile an lehigh street, drove to Quakertown on 309 looked and drove some vehicles. Still not happy with the styling of some of the vehicles we continued our journey. We met a lot of very nice salesman along the way but none of them like Rob Crail. These other salesmen like I said were very nice but we're quick to try to real you in to the office to meet their "boss" and it felt like you were stuck you could not leave the office, you feel trapped. Then you get harped with questions like is there anything I could do to sell you this car, is there anything I can do to make the deal sweeter? And all we are thinking is ... What part of we don't like it,don't you understand? I get a call from rob crail he leaves a message, he was wondering if I was interested in looking at a couple vehicles that they just got in that had the third row seating along with all-wheel-drive? We didn't like them either. One morning I was talking with my wife as we feel there is no hope for us, and rob crail sent me a text message and mentioned some more vehicles. Again he kept in mind our needs (third row seating and all-wheel-drive) and may I add there was no pressure or feeling like I'm just wasting his time. I asked my wife what she thought of the nice shiny new outlanders that were at rob crails place? She said that she didn't really look at them much cause we were thinking used all the way. But because of rob crails no pressure sales technique we went back to him, and started talking about the outlander. Boy he is a gentleman, and is very patient. We talked, and talked, and went for a ride, my wife loved it. We go inside and talked numbers. Again he listened to us when we said our payment has to be x amount of dollars a month and not a penny more. We got the price of the vehicle dropped some, I harassed him about a roof rack because the one we wanted did not come with it. He took me up on it and said " you want a roof rack I'll get you one" I said ok we want the outlander and I want a roof rack! We got both ! My wife said to rob "thank you for not giving up on us" ! I wanna say thank you for being patient with us, treating us with respect even though it looked like we were just out there kicking tires! And for being a stand up guy . I will definitely refer anyone I know who's looking for a vehicle to rob crail so they can get the same car buying experience I got. Thanks rob! More
I was very happy with my overall experience purching my third Mitsubishi at your dealership. Travis did a great job at showing me and explaining the differences between the different models of Outlander Sp third Mitsubishi at your dealership. Robert was very friendly and informative and listened to my husbands concerns and what he was interested in and did not try to push us immediately. We were given enough time to drive the vehicles we were interested in and even allowed me to have a second ride in the one I was interested in. When picking them up this past weekend we were given instructions on the options that we were not familiar with. It was a very pleasant experience and both of us would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone else. More

I walked onto the dealership and was extremely decisive about everything besides my price range. To be honest I wasn't exactly sure where to start. I was promptly greeted by Tom Carey. After discussing my needs, likes, and dislikes with Tom, who was very attentive, he made some suggestions and introduced me to Don Proyer. I explained to him that I commute a far distance to work but needed something that could accommodate any climate. Don walked with my fiancé and myself around the car lot, explaining in depth, the various details of numerous types of vehicles offered at Mitsubishi. Furthermore he explained the many incentives to purchasing a Mitsubishi over other types of vehicles. After assuring him that I really felt comfortable with the idea of a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport - he took me on a test drive. Feeling not only comfortable having Don as a salesman, but feeling comfortable in the car itself, I was pleased with my experience thus far. After we arrived back at the dealership Don and I went into his office to discuss my options. Although I was very comfortable in the car, I was slightly unsure if this was the right car for me. I had never financed a car before and was worried about committing to a car that I was unsure I would absolutely love. Don took the time to explain to me the differences between the SE and the ES-. This is what made all the difference. The minimal amount of doubt I had vanished when I began to understand the amazing technology involved in the car. After settling on the SE - I was soon introduced to Nawras. Nawras was extremely helpful as well. I was concerned about finding the right color and interior additions that would be right for me. I was also concerned that I would become a burden as I often changed my mind throughout the process. Nawras and Don stayed with me throughout the entire process. They were both thorough in their understanding of my needs and explaining the paperwork that I was signing. They made me feel both comfortable in my surroundings and validated with my concerns. I finished up my day meeting with Sandy. Sandy took the time to really explain to me the differences between the warranties. We discussed together the amount of miles that I commute and the best option for me, for my money. I felt that my money was well spent here and was thankful that she took the time to explain everything to me in depth. I'm thankful that I chose to have my first car - finance experience at Kelly Mitsubishi. I drove out of the lot in my brand new beautiful 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE - at the price I wanted, and was extremely happy. I will highly recommend them to any and all friends looking to buy a car in the future. More
