I owned a 1994 Astro van and wanted to replace it as I was putting too much money into it to keep it running. I went on Cars.com via and found a few dealers throughout PA with some used ones. I contacted about 3 different dealers with 2000 & up Astro models for sale. When I spoke w/Robert Crail @ Kelly Mitsubishi in Emmaus, PA, he immediately started not only to speak to me about what he had to offer but listened intently @ my needs, from my desire for this particular vehicle to my financial position. I was impressed w/his genuine interest and concern for my need. It didn't feel like a salesman's pitch or insistence to make a sale. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, respectable and went over and above to make sure that my wife and I could get the vehicle we wanted. He called me consistently and was even available after hours when my wife and I were filling out the on-line application. It was an absolute pleasure having him working w/us and for us up and until we got this vehicle. Not only did he manage in working (along w/the on-site finance officer/manager) to get us a great monthly payment for this but he was also able to work w/my sister in law (who went w/us to finalize our vehicle purchase) a few days later in purchasing a newer vehicle for her family. Talk about dedication! Robert (or as he allowed us to call him, Rob) is in a class by himself. A professional but also a very 'human' person who cares about a person's need. He get's my vote for an A+ salesman and Kelly Mitsubishi gets my highest accolades as a top dealer here in PA. Thanks guys. Love my van. More

I gave this dealership a great rating because I had been to several different dealerships and did not have the same comfortable feeling as I did at Kelly. I was very hesitant about my credit application because I had some problems with my credit, but Dave assured me that they can help me get into a vehicle that is comfortable, safe, reliable, and within my price range. Once I arrived at Kelly Mitsubishi, I was greeted by Rob Crail. He was helpful and nice to me and my dad. We took the vehicle for a test drive. When we came back he was able to make the vehicle payments work for me. Sandy also worked tirelessly trying to get me a loan that I'm comfortable with. Also she assured me that I would have no problems getting a loan. That I should not worry, and enjoy my car. Overall, this has been the best experience I've had at a car dealership. I did not feel pressured, disrespected at all, and they now have a new customer for life. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family. More
