I say this because I had visited 2 other dealerships that day , and the sales people used profanity as if it was an adverb along with words as nope and aint . I personally have a pet peeve with poor grammer and un educated people attempting to perform a professional job. Rob showed me several vehicles , and by no means was this a fast transaction in matter of fact it took all day. 1 of the reasons other than I liked the Endeavor that I bought was that Rob did not seem to be rattled or annoyed by my in decision. As we were driving it I noticed a sound from the engine that I did not like , and asked Rob what was making that discerning noise? Rob could not have given me a better answer than the truth. His response was " I don't know " Robert than took me and the vehicle to the service department and asked one of his mechanic friends if he reconized the noise. This man explained to me that the Endeavor has loud fuel injectors and that it was normal. I greatly appreciated the honesty , and the effort to answer my question with a crediable answer. I purchased a towing package that I needed to bring the vehicle back at a later date to be installed. Robert called me on the day that he said that he would . I left the Endeavor in his custody , and not only was the package installed Robert actually washed and vacumed my vehicle. All I asked him to do was run it threw the wash. I am very happy with my Endeavor and I am very impressed with Robert. More

Our salesman, Travis Nelson was a delight to work with while making the purchase of my daughter's first car. I was very appreciative that the Sales staff still had the showroom open on Sat. Nov. 2nd after 6PM to see the new Mirage.
