Kelly Mitsubishi

My parents referred me to Robert , because they had bought a new Mitsubishi from him. I and my parents explained to Robert that this would be the first car that I was buying with my money. Robert was so kind to me and seemed to be genuinley concerned that I found what I liked and could afford. He even found me a less expensive insurance policy with more coverage. All said it took a little while because we walked threw 3 used car lots at the Kelly Dealership , and I ended up buying the first call that he orginally showed me. When I apologized for making him do all that walking for nothing he turned to me and said with a smile, " It wasn't for nothing it was to find you the right car." " Besides walking is good it keeps me in shape" I my mother and father really like Robert's attitude and knowledge of his profession. Most of all he is not lazy this man seems to be very motivated. With all said I and my parents and eventually my brother will be back in the future to see Robert, and I will refer my friends to him and Kelly. One of the things we appreciated about Rob when we came to the lot was we weren't sure what car we wanted. Robert showed us every car we asked to look at and or we're interested in,no pressure . I submitted a credit app and information request about a Subaru hatchback via the internet. The first interaction that I had with the dealership was a quick email and phone call from Gailen. Gailen's no-pre Subaru hatchback via the internet. The first interaction that I had with the dealership was a quick email and phone call from Gailen. Gailen's no-pressure and friendly demeanor was an excellent first impression/contact with this dealership. After confirming a time Gailen advised me to come in and ask for him and he would pass me to another sales person to test drive the vehicles that I was interested in. Upon arriving at Kelly Mitsubishi, I was greeted with a smile and a handshake from John Cury. I explained that I had spoken to Gailen and John brought me inside and introduced me to Gailen. Again, this was an excellent personal touch and provided me with a good first impression of this dealership. John and I test drove three different vehicles, one of which was on another lot, he was both friendly and knowledgeable on all vehicles we drove. John was very up-front regarding the vehicles and the pricing, he respected my needs and requirements in regards to a new vehicle. At no point during the entire experience did I feel that John was trying to up or over sell me on something that I did not need. After deciding on the vehicle the price and terms negotiation was painless. There was a little haggling, but you're buying a car so I wouldn't expect anything different. Finalizing the transaction took a little longer than expected due to them being short-handed in their credit dept. Because of the back log of other customers I had to wait about two hours to complete the transaction. While this is not the ideal way to spend a Tuesday evening, John stayed with me and we talked and looked around the dealership which made the time pass by pretty quickly. Overall I would highly recommend working with John at Kelly Mitsubishi. The service that I was given by both John and the dealership was first-class in all regards. More
