We purchased two Mitsubishi autos in 2008 following a six year stay in Germany. Again, after a one year stay abroad, we returned to Kelly Mitsubishi to purchase another auto because of our very positive exp year stay in Germany. We called ahead with the type of autos we were considering and Norris had the vehicles ready for us! Don met us at the door and showed us the selected autos. The sales team answered our questions immediately and presented our purchasing options very professionally and without pressure. We believe strongly were offered the best price on the vehicle we selected. After the deal was finalized with Don and Norris, Sandy presented additional warranty options, but with no pressure to purchase. We will, without hesitation, return to Kelly for our next auto purchase (there is a Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder convertible with my name on it). More
