We were interested in Mitsubishi vehicles due to acquaintances' experience with them. I saw an Outlander Sport as a replacement for a Jeep Compass and my wife liked the vehicle a lot. I've been shopping around for a used car for about 2-weeks before I came across Kelly Risk Free in Allentown, Pa. I discovered Kelly Risk Free by a very competitive price I found on a 2008 Hyundai El 2-weeks before I came across Kelly Risk Free in Allentown, Pa. I discovered Kelly Risk Free by a very competitive price I found on a 2008 Hyundai Elantra on cars.com. I called first to see if the car was still available. Salesman Rob Crail answered my call and told me the car was still available. I was very impressed with Rob's genuine concern for my search for not only a low mileage vehicle but a well maintained one too. He answered all my questions and helped me decide to visit that same night. Rob stayed all the way til they closed to allow me time to get home and change vehicles so he could get mine appraised while we checked out the car I was interested in. Rob turned out to be an honest salesman, no gimmicks, the used car I was interested was just like he said it would be. The car was clean, well maintained, completely serviced, with all new tires. The car was four years old but looked like brand new. All their cars look great on the lot. Rob then took me on a road test. The car handled like a new car when I drove it! During the ride I was also impressed with his deep knowledge of all the features and capabilities of the 2008 Elantra. Rob is a great guy, he made me feel relaxed, I really enjoyed his company. I wind up putting a deposit on the car and bought it the following day. Rob came in on his day off to help me finish buying the car. Rob is very dedicated to his customers and his job. Because of my experience with Rob and the rest of the staff at Kelly Automotive Group, I will definately return when I'm in search for my next car. My experince with the sales agent Darcel made a 3 hour driving journey worth the traffic challenges. She has a geniune ability with customer service.
