I was told that due to the economy in general and the whole gas price thing, that $5.00 in gas is all they'll put into the tank of a purchased vehicle. Really? I just purchased a vehicle from Kelly, and they can't even fill the tank for me? Maybe next time i'll really have to take into consideration the FREE oil changes, lifetime inspection offers, and other perks that were offered from nearby competitors. More

My experience with Kelly was extremely good. My sales rep's name was Dave Simoes and he was very helpful and friendly. When I came in he was the first to greet me and asked how he could help me. Before driving this EVO I drove the Subaru Impreza STI and the EVO blows it away in all performance attributes. Dave compared the 2 cars and his knowledge base even impressed me and I do allot of research myself. I would definitely recommend this dealership and you can't go wrong with Dave. Joe came out to meet us as soon as we pulled in the lot and parked. He was willing to show us the exact used vehicle we had seen online without trying to sell us a different, more expensive vehicle. He helped us check it out but we couldn't take it for a test drive because battery was dead. We weren't ready to make a decision as we had several others we wanted to look at elsewhere. He gave us his card and was very considerate of our desire to get the best deal for our money. When we came back, he was with a customer and Norris helped us, let us take it for a test drive, and brought us inside to talk. He was also very friendly and got us a good financial deal. He then stepped away while we made a decision. As we were going over the finances after we decided to take the vehicle, Joe came back and Norris allowed him to take over and finish up.
