My husband and I were looking for a used, comfortable, safe, and reliable vehicle. As soon as we spoke with Mr Robert Crail we instantly knew we were in good hands. He let us know he wasn't there just to sell us any ordinary vehicle but, to sell us what we really were looking for. Not by telling us that but, by his interest in knowing and meeting our needs. After the vehicle was taken out the lot Mr Crail made it a point to call us several days after the sale to check up on us and how satisfy we were of our new vehicle. I dont think some salesmen realize the impact some of them have on their clients and our families.
