Thanks for my new lease I am a newbie at new cars. Previously, I have only ever driven one car. It was old and worn but I had it for over 10 years. It was time to get a new vehicle and since my old one was a Nissan, I decided to look into Nissan's first but I was also looking at other brands and I had a very strict budget. I came to Kelly Nissan first because through email, Shamira was so willing to help me and convinced me to come in. Once there, we met with Brett who was really great. I explained my budget and he got me exactly where I needed to be without trying to steer me in the wrong direction. When we made the decision to lease, we met with Ray and he explained our options, he told us what he thought would be beneficial for us without seeming like he was just trying to up sell us. We went ahead with his recommendations. All in all, great experience with Kelly Nissan Lynnfield and I am happy to say, I think I will be a lifelong Nissan customer now. More

Fantastic Experience I came in at 8 am before work in need of an oil change, a tire rotation, and 2 new sets of electronic keys - I gave Roy an overly aggressive half hour I came in at 8 am before work in need of an oil change, a tire rotation, and 2 new sets of electronic keys - I gave Roy an overly aggressive half hour deadline on the projects in order to get to work on time. I went Rogue... :) I happened to stop by to "look around". I wasn't in need of a new vehicle necessarily, and really had no idea of where to start. Brad was the first person to approach me, and all I knew was that I loved Nissan's. Long story short, Brad was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I should mention patient again, because I really didn't want to let go of my Camry.......but at the end of the day, I drove off in my new Rogue. Woohoooo!!! :) When I had to go back to get my inspection sticker, etc., he remained extremely helpful. Truly went above and beyond......the sale was already finalized, and yet he stopped what he was doing to answer any questions I had regarding my new vehicle. good remote starter and right tail light The remote starter needed to be reprogrammed which was done. I told then that the right tail light does not always work and that it seems it is relate The remote starter needed to be reprogrammed which was done. Last night I started car from the house and when I went outside, the right tail light was out. More
