A very positive experience from beginning to end. I had test driven a number of vehicles in the midsize class and walked in the door knowing pretty much what I wanted. I met Josh Citron and told him that I wanted to test drive an Altima SL. I was behind the wheel 10 minutes later. We spent about 45 minutes talking numbers. I was a bit disappointed with the offer for my trade-in (2007 Camry), but overall pleased with the price on the Altima. I left wanting to run by my wife and talked with Josh the next day to tell him we had a deal. I returned, processed paperwork with Josh and Ray Ferguson and was out of there with my new car within 90 minutes. Had a good conversation with Jason Kingsbury as well when I was just sitting there with some down time while waiting for paperwork.
