Tom Cream was the first person I had communication with via internet whan I asked about a Maxima with the sport package.He notified me quickly with a response and told me as soon as one was on the lot I wo via internet whan I asked about a Maxima with the sport package.He notified me quickly with a response and told me as soon as one was on the lot I would be notified.a week later he notified me that one was in and wanted to know if I was interested in coming in to see it.He set up an appointment for me to come in and I was set up with Josh Citron.I test drove the Maxima and I really liked it and decided that I did want to buy it.Josh was extremely helpful with this process and answered every question I asked.I never felt any pressure to buy,which I think goes a long way,I do not like to feel pressured to do anything i dont want to do.Josh did not make me feel that way at all.If he did I probably would have left.That is a great quality to have as a salesman is you want my opinion.No one wants to feel pressured.Lastly,Carl was also very helpful with the final sale.He explained everything very clearly,and again,I felt no pressure from him to buy anything I didnt want.All in all I had a very nice experience at the dealership and the employees there.Thank you for all the help.
