It was a horrible experience for me at the Kelly Nissan Lynnfield dealership on Friday 9/21/2012. I had an appointment at 7:30 AM for my auto service and also doing one service recall. I was the 3 car in t Lynnfield dealership on Friday 9/21/2012. I had an appointment at 7:30 AM for my auto service and also doing one service recall. I was the 3 car in the line before the shutters were pulled up 7:30 AM. A lady checked me in with the miles and then I was asked to go an check in at the desk where they assign to the service advisor. I waited for more than 20 minutes without being called for the service advisor. While I was seated I saw other customer (at least 6-7) checking in with the service advisor who were after me. When I inquired with the lady at the desk she told me that there are still 3 more people in front of me. I left the service without even getting my car serviced. They dealership didn't even contact me to check what was the problem. They called to apologize only when I raised a complaint with Nissan consumer. I would never go back to this dealership for any kind of service after such a treatment. More

This has been my 5th New car with Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield since 2003. Adriano Carlo has help me with the last 2 New cars I have drove off the lot. Adriano go's out of his way to help any way he can Lynnfield since 2003. Adriano Carlo has help me with the last 2 New cars I have drove off the lot. My fiancee went back for a second time and Carl the fina I had posted a negative review as I had a problem with things that were not being covered. My fiancee went back for a second time and Carl the finance manager was extremely helpful as he spoke to many people who offered to do the work at a price that was fair for us and the dealership. While they did not haev to give us a break according to the strict rules. Carl went above what was necessary to save a long time customer. More

I was referred to Adriano by a freind. He very professional and great to work with. He took the time to come bring my new Maxima to me at work because I couldn't get back to the dealership for a w professional and great to work with. I bought a Nissan Altima 2012 from here. Since it was my first car, I took my time to research and talk to quite a few dealers before I settled on one. Everybody had some kind of hidden fees and charges inv first car, I took my time to research and talk to quite a few dealers before I settled on one. Everybody had some kind of hidden fees and charges involved that weren't disclosed on the first phone call. But the Kelly Nissan at Lynnfield has a very good salesperson specifically dealing with online calls (Joe?) He was extremely informational and answered my numerous calls with a lot of patience. Once I decided to get it from here, the salesperson Brett was extremely helpful and supportive as well. It was a smooth process, they took care of licensing and registration making it a very easy progression. The only drawback is that the showroom itself is a little far away from the city, and it would have been perfect if they could have delivered the car to my doorstep. But otherwise, all in all, I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. More
