This was my third car purchased from this dealer and I will never never never ever step foot near that dealer again. I saw the car on the internet (used) and went to the dealership to see it. The pictures will never never never ever step foot near that dealer again. I saw the car on the internet (used) and went to the dealership to see it. The pictures never showed the cosmetic damage and was never told it was a smokers car.we decided to buy it because they said the damage will be fixed and the smoke smell will be taken care of. This day we spent about 3 hours there. When we arrived there to pick up the car a few days later we were there for an additional 21/2 hours.the car needed a mass inspection so they drove it into the garage. Then told us the computer would not give us the sticker.so I told them I’ll come back next Saturday.I called the salesman on Friday morning and told him I’ll be there Saturday morning at 8am when they open.I arrived at 8am but no salesman around.he didn’t show up until 15 mins later then told my to just drive over to service.the service tech told me it would be about 21/2 to 3 hours that’s when I had enough and told the salesman I’m done with this place and never come back again.so good buy Kelly Nissan forever! I bought a used 2021 Rogue in March, my sales person was Steve Santos. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was dealing with Steve, he went out of his way to make my wife and I comfortable and to mak Steve Santos. I felt I got a good on my purchase.Steve made my wife and I feel like family! I also dealt with Jay DeFronzo a couple of times including purchasing a warranty.Jay was so helpful and just like Steve we were treated like family by Jay. I've gone back to the sales dept. a couple of times since and was greeted by Steve or Jay as soon as I walked in and they both remember my name, which I've never got at other dealerships. A short time after I had the car I was having a probelm with it. I went back to Kelly, my service adviser was Roy Sletterink. Roy was fantastic, he took my car for a test ride and found out it was a wheel bearing, he also found another issue with my car that I was unaware of and had both things taking care of, when I picked up my car I asked Roy if he could check something else on my car, he came out looked at it, he went and got a tool and took care off it!
