I had a very positive experience with Kelly Nissan. Alex Menendez was very friendly and was never pushy when it came to purchasing my vehicle. Kyle Lopez found me a great deal. Very disappointed with Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield. I had been leasing with them for years and came back recently because my lease was almost up. I was ready and able to sign another lease with them. I was shown a lesser model vehicle than the one I had been driving and then they tried to increase the price by 60 dollars a month! I tried to work with them to what I thought was extremely reasonable but they wouldn't budge and to be honest I thought were a little condescending. I know what I am worth as a customer so I left and just leased with Volkswagen in Medford. I was treated better there and leased a much better vehicle from them for exactly what Nissan was trying to get out of me. They even bought the vehicle and paid off the lease in full. I would have been a life long customer for Kelly Nissan but they tried to take advantage. Now I will never go back. More
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I made the unfortunate decision to return to my local Kelly Nissan Dealership when my check engine light came on. The disrespect that followed made me regret my decision. The service manager Ryan was extremely rude, disrespectful, and arrogant to the point where he mockingly laughs at customers on the phone when they ask about what is wrong wirh their vehicle. I'm no car expert, but I can guarantee you I'll be going everywhere BUT Kelly Nissan for any service needs. After refusing to answer questions "Do you want the car fixed or not" and belittling me on the phone he ended the conversation by saying "Ya good luck with that buddy" and abruptly hanging up on me when I asked to be transferred to the GM. They had my car for 2 full days and did not resolve my issue. The lack of communication is ridiculous, and the overall "I don't care what you have to say" attitude made me worry that my car will be returned with more issues than what I dropped it off with. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here!!! It's no good, and they like to word things in a way to try to intimidate you into having them fix your car or "they don't know what else could go wrong" AVOID!!! More

Since the beginning this vehicle was a bad purchases as the Sales manager at the time, even gave me someone’s card ( not his own) for me to call the next day after the purchase because I protested due to promised extra gsp they were supposedly were going to install the next day after I bought it... but needless to say: It never happened !!
