There was no judgment. Everyone was so kind and sincere in their approach. It was evident that they genuinely wanted to work WITH me and make me happy- which they did! I was there for quite awhile so I was able to observe all the staff there and EVERY single employee was just as wonderful. And I drove home in a beautiful new car! Brian Sosa reached out to my wife, and as a result, sold a car. Many of the Service people there are very helpful. But the most of the sales people are "cherry pickers", only willing to help if you fit their category of a "likely buyer". More
