Horrible Customer Service EVER! I will never buy from Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield again. Horrible customer service. I was supposed to receive a check to payoff my old lease within thre I will never buy from Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield again. Horrible customer service. I was supposed to receive a check to payoff my old lease within three days, but it took three phone calls and two weeks to finally receive it. Also, when I signed for my new lease, the paperwork said my first payment due date would be set for the tenth of every month. One week later, the new bill showed a payment due date of ten days earlier. They kept telling me that I can change the payment due date only once throughout my three year lease, but I'm not trying to change it at all, I only wanted to fix their error. No one ever returns or answers your phone calls. If I could give zero stars, I would. More
