This particular time I made the 6 hour trip to sign for my new lease because of how good this dealership is. They communicate everything they need to without being pushy and they will get you into a car you will absolutely love. Also at the right price! Jon Miller best Service Manager I have ever dealt with! Recently had to have my 2009 Altima towed in to Kelly Nissan due to it not starting. Seemed to be bad problems with its electrical system. Service Man Recently had to have my 2009 Altima towed in to Kelly Nissan due to it not starting. Seemed to be bad problems with its electrical system. Service Manager Jon Miller took control of the situation and assured me that his service techs would get to the bottom of the problem. Jon keep me informed of everything that was going on with my car. All of the information that Jon told me about the repairs to my car were spot on. Everything that he said he and his techs. would do they did! No BS. I have never been treated so well and truthfully by any other Service Manager in any car dealership. And I am in my 60's. Jon went well above the call of duty on this one and I thank him and his techs for all they did. As it turned out my Altima had been struck by lighting. Jon's techs did repair my car and it ran perfectly.But due to the fact that it was struck by lighting my insurance co. totaled my beautiful Altima. New car purchase The condition of the exterior of the car left a lot to be desired. Was told one coat of a 3M product was previously applied. After I got the car home, the simple plastic bag test revealed a horrendous surface. Not only after washing did it reveal that the roof was not waxed. Not one bead of water. Terribly disappointed!!! More
