I came to Kelly Nissan with the intent of just browsing potential new car possibilities and I was greeted by Mark Swoyer. As he showed me around the lot he was very knowledgeable and very genuine. What I mean by genuine is that when I told him I was just browsing the market and had no intent on buying he still helped me and had a great attitude. I had an idea that I wanted the Altima because my cousin has one and he loves it. Mark showed me lots of models and then showed me the Maxima, and I am very glad he did. I just fell in love. Literally after the test drive, I was sold. I drove home to show my family the new car, and they all were very impressed with all the features. The Maxima was just a better fit for me. I cannot say enough about Mark he was a phenomenal help, super knowledgeable, and unbelievably kind. I never thought buying a car would be so stress-free, but dealing with Mark made the decision incredibly easy. I WILL be recommending Mark to all my friends in the market for a new car.
