We went in for an oil change on our '07 XTerra and left with and left with a new XTerra!!! Well, actually we left after oil change and offer from Bill Pallo to buy back the '07 and trade up to the 2012. with and left with a new XTerra!!! He made us an offer we couldn't refuse (in the nicest way!!!) and we decided to turn around after we drove a couple of miles away and kept saying we should go back and see what he is really talking about. We did, and he went the extra mile in every way from purchasing back the '07 to giving us the best possible deal to that would work for us as far as payments and everything else. We appreciate everyone at Kelly that we have been dealing with for the past few years - from service dept - to the sales - to the guys who did the detailing on the new X before we drove off the lot. Will never go to another Nissan dealer as long as Kelly is there for us.
