I went into Kelly to assist my girlfriend with buying her first new car and we were more than happy with the customer service. The service exceeded our expectations. We took our time looking at other cars and dealerships, taking about 2 months to settle on the Nissan Rogue. The employees at Kelly were very patient and helpful throughout this process. When we returned we met Rich and he took it from there. He was unbelieveably helpful and pleasant to work with. He made the first experience for my girlfriend enjoyable and memorable, taking the time to get to know both her and I. He was genuinely interested in assisting us to find exactly what we wanted. Scott was an active listener while working with our family to supplying us with a used commuter vehicle. He did not try to hard sell us a new vehicle or a higher price/higher equippped used car that w family to supplying us with a used commuter vehicle.
