I rated the customer service and quality of work as good but only because I waited a decent amount of time to have the employee go over my paper work to finalize my deal. We have NEVER had a better experience when purchasing a used vehicle. Our salesman was to the point, we didn't sit there all day while they worked numbers! Our salesman, A.J., was a very nice young man who wanted to make sure we were happy with our new car, even days after we purchased the car. That is commendable. John in the finance department worked to get me a comfortable monthly payment, which included a warranty for peace of mind. Inside of car was still dirty after sufficient time to detail it (day and a half). A major spot on the inside roof and arm rests were still soiled. It took an extra 45 minutes to get a copy of my bank balance because it was a Saturday, and then my bank information was kept. This is the first dealership we ran into that has so much criteria for a check. Everyone was very friendly, even personnel that we did not have business with. I would go there again if a car I wanted was listed with them, otherwise I would not seek them out. More
