The only times we had problems was when we didn't go to kelly nissan to be taken care of from the beginning because sure enough we always had to go there to take care of whatever problem some other mechanic made worst. Quality of work was only good because the Voice Command was broken, AND I NEVER EVEN DROVE IT OFF THE LOT. I paid for a brand new Rogue with NOTHING WRONG... I ended up having NO pairing ability for a week was broken, AND I NEVER EVEN DROVE IT OFF THE LOT. I paid for a brand new Rogue with NOTHING WRONG... I ended up having NO pairing ability for a week, MY FIRST WEEK AFTER PURCHASE. I'M SORRY BUT THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. It is a NISSAN issue NOT a Kelly Nissan. Either way, I was EXTREMELY disappointed I bought a BRAND NEW ROGUE that was not working properly!!!! I felt like the biggest idiot! More

I went there , among a total of three dealers, looking for a Nissan Versa. As soon as I got there they were very friendly. They weren't pushy or high pressure. I rated the dealership as i did because the whole experience was very stress-free. Nick took the time to explain the car's features, showed me the CarFax, talked about pricing and how Kelly does th experience was very stress-free. He originally asked me about a 2009 Maxima but when I said I was really interested in the 2008 he was fine with it. The pricing was good - the only reason I didn't say "5" was because I still had to go a bit above my "perfect" price - though the price was still very good and within the pricing research I had done. There was really no pressure around the sale - Nick showed me all the numbers and didn't do the old "I have to go back and check with my manager" a hundred times before we had a deal. He presented me the deal and I was under no pressure to "take it". I love the 3-day return policy - though I can't see doing that as I love my car! More
