I just purchased a 2011 Frontier from Kelly Nissan after visiting several other dealerships. I bought from Kelly because of their good selection and the help I received from Charlie my sales consultant. Cha visiting several other dealerships. I liked the courtesy that I received when I walked into the maintenance area. I was treated like a human being and not a number. The waiting area is very clean and user friendly. My fist impression of this dealer was very well, Teah the sales person was friendly, none pushy and very professional. This experience begins the night I decided to buy the truck (which should have been my f sales person was friendly, none pushy and very professional. This experience begins the night I decided to buy the truck (which should have been my first warning) I saw the one fog light out and asked it be fixed before I pick up the truck two nights later, the sales person looks at me and says; I don't know you already agreed to buy the truck? Ok we are talking about a $8 light bulb which should have been caught when the state inspection was done. While this is going on I turn on the interior light and it breaks! The dealer manager comes out and shows me "it's just this little pin that broke, you can find at a dodge dealer". They would not fix the "little pin" later I find out why, it's only available with buying the entire overhead console $230!! So onto delivery night, I go pick up the truck and had a good experience with the finance manager, I thought ok it's going pretty good an they replaced the $8 fog lamp!! Then my wife an I drive it home as they are closing and for some reason I can't get the heat to blow hot, thinking it's dark out and maybe I have something set wrong? I drive to work the next morning (23 degrees btw) and sure enough only luke warm air and all the setting are correct. I call this dealer not even 24hrs after picking up the truck to report this and they reluctantly have me drop the truck off for them to look at. I pick up the truck latter that day and told I have no bill to pay and they flushed the heater core out an proceeded to tell me a diesel truck does not blow hot air like a gas motor vehicle!?!? I thought ok let try this out the next morning (17 degrees) with a frosted wind shield, well after trying for 20 minutes to defrost the windshield I leave for work, windshield half frosted limiting vision badly and I just about froze my toes off till I got to work 45 minutes later! I call this dealer up and was told to call the general dealership manager with no return phone call. So now I have to shell out an extra $1000 to get my heat fixed correctly by a dodge dealer as it turns out to be a known problem with these trucks and the entire dash and steering colum has to be removed to be corrected, not to mention the $230 for the interior light! My recommendation before taking the delivery of a vehicle from any Kelly dealerships is to check it over well. Update, after hearing my concerns they have offered to pay the magarity of the repairs to my truck. Thank you for upholding the Kelly name. More
We were looking to lease a new car for my wife. We both liked the new Nissan JUKE. Allen was the salesman we dealt with. Neither of us like to deal with pushy salesmen. Allen was just the opposite. He was kind, considerate, and answered all our questions, without being pushy or hounding us to buy or lease the car. He also got us a great price and deal on the new JUKE. I would definitely look him up again when I decide to purchase a new vehicle for myself. John also was kind and considerate. He also explained to us that by buying the car instead of leasing it, we would save thousands of dollars in the long run, and then he even found us a great bank loan at a reduced rate, again saving us a lot of money. Usually buying a car is an ordeal, but dealing with both of these gentlemen and with Kelly Nissan made it a pleasureable experience. I was looking for a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder within my price range and Kelly Nissan, Route 33 had exactly what I was after. I compared this car to others within a 30 mile radius and found that it was the price range and Kelly Nissan, Route 33 had exactly what I was after. I compared this car to others within a 30 mile radius and found that it was the best price compared to 18 others and had more options. Only 1 car in my price range was lower but, did not have near the added options. Scott was pleasant to deal with and he gave me a good price. I will recommend Scott to all of my friends who are looking for a new or used car. 1 to 10, I would give Scott an 11. More

All of my previous purchases were from the dealership in Stroudsburg, with whom I had a very good working relationship. My current interest was for a new low cost second vehicle, which I could obtain at an affordable price. Charlie Nowak was the salesemn who assisted me in my purchasing decision. I really did not go into the dealership with an intent to purchase; but, to explore options. The level of professional assistance provided by Charlie, along with his knowledge of the prodcut line, is what convinced me to make my purchase at Kelly Nissan rather than go back to Stroudsburg. Even though I now live in Easton, I travel to Stroudsburg most every week; so going back to my previous Nissan dealer would have been easy to do. However, the deal provided by your sales team, along with the professionalism provodied by all who were involved in the sales process, made the purchasing decision easy. My thanks to the individual who handled the financial aspects of the sale as well. John Arena was also extremely courteous, pleasant and polite throughout the process.
