Service department didn't look to over loaded with repairs. they went out of there way to bring in other comparable vehicles from there organized. So of course when we wanted a Used Car we chose Kelly Nissan as our first destination! Scott Tophoney was an excellent sales representative! Not only did he listen to our needs and work hard to meet our requirements, he spent a great deal of time with us patiently test driving multiple vehicles and walking the lot in freezing weather! He never complained and treated both my husband and me with respect, care and understanding. Needless to say, we didn't have to visit another dealer. We bought our used Nissan Versa on the spot where we then worked with John Arena to wrap up the finances efficiently and professionally. From the service department to appointment confirmations with the wonderful Emmie Pilz to Scott, John and team - we just couldn't be happier. It was his attention to my wants and his willingness to work in a professional manner. I felt that the dealership would remain customer friendly as well as provide a fair deal. Jim was always professional, and never annoying. He was always respectful of my wishes and yet would highlight the positives of the Nissan product as well as the dealership. I felt that I has a personalized experience rather than a customer number. Very important for me to feel that level of comfort. My experience was wonderful. I presented this dealership with a leased vehicle that was over mileage by 50,000..... and they got me out of that lease with a financed New Rouge with payments that were $50 do with a leased vehicle that was over mileage by 50,000..... and they got me out of that lease with a financed New Rouge with payments that were $50 dollars less per month than what I was previously paying on my Murano..... AND with little money down. The salesman Jim was wonderful, entertaining, extremely knowledgeable about the Nissan selection of cars and was delightful to be with since it took quite some time to do the numbers so that the finance company would accept the terms...... and did I forget to mention a low interest rate of 1.9 percent. How cool is that! Everyone, including two finance managers as well as one of the owners, Mr. Kelly, was involved to get me out of my over mileage lease and put me into a beautiful new Rouge. Kiddos to Kelly NIssan. I have had over 10 Nissans in my driving life and this is by far the best experience and dealership that I have ever encountered. Thank you Kelly Nissan! More

I would like to say John Lim is a very good employee and salesmen. He went all out to get me the best deal. I went in for a used car bought one didnt like took it back . Charles work with me going over the car and helping me set up the blue tooth. the car was alittle dirty and charles got it cleaned up right away.I will buy my next car here and will tell other people to buy here also.
