They worked hard to make the deal happen. got me a low interest rate on my loan,only thing i could complain about is the car only had a 1/4 tank of gas upon delivery. As my car approacher the 100,000 mile mark and my commute to work recently became longer I decided it was time for a something newer and with this winter, something with all wheel drive. I was unsure of what I was exactly looking for and Nick was able to inform me of the best options for my commute. What made this car buying option most pleasant was that Nick was not just trying to make a sale. He seemed to truly be looking out fior my best intrests. Furhter more Nick was aware of my questionable financial status and work with the fuinace and myself to make the vehicle affordable for me. I was in the dealership looking for a 09 maxima. I was told that they had none in stock however they can look for any available 09's. That was great! It showed me that they wanted to get me what I wanted. I test drove the 2011 maxima with Nick Paxos and was very pleased at his knowledge and professionalism. My level of comfort was high because I felt that he understood what i needed and wanted to spend. He showed me a pre-owned Lexus IS 250 they had just recieved and I immediatly took to the vehicle. Keeping in mind that I was not looking to drive away with a vehicle that day, after Nick showed me the carfax and blue book value I was comfortable in purchasing the vehicle that day. The process from when I walked into the door till signing the papers was smooth and i drove away a happy customer. Since my purchase Nick has made many follow-up calls to see if I was still satisfed with the vehicle and if there is anything he can do, not to hesitate to call. This after-purchase customer service lets me know that I've picked the right dealership. The only negative comment I have is that the Vehicle has a "Kelly" emblum next to the lexus that is affixed with glue. I understand that the dealership wants people to know where you bought this vehicle, but let the owner decide if they want that on the vehicle. I mean, I could have had a psyco ex-girlfriend named Kelly and know I have to see her name on the back of my car. More

I initially came into the dealership with my parents on New Years Day to test drive the Juke out of curiosity for its sleek looks. Alan was our initial salesman who did an excellent job providing us with info on all the bells and whistles the car had to offer. Although impressed by the looks and drive, the big factor in not purchasing the Juke was based on type of gas and size. There were other bumps along the way that changed my decision and led me to focus upon the Rogue which was comparable in size to my current Escape. Being a true Ford owner, I wasn't sure on what Nissan had to offer and if it was the overall right choice for me. Thanks to John, the warranty and financial guy, he was able to easily explain it to my father and myself on what the warranties had to offer and if he didn't know an answer, he was able to find it out. My final decision (about a week later) to go with Kelly Nissan was also due to the General Manager Gary and the help of Sean and Jason. I didn't make it easy on them, but thanks to them sticking it out and working on getting me the best deal possible...it made all the previous bumps and glitches fade off into the distance as I now am a proud owner of a 2011 Rogue. To make it even better...I was able to drive off the lot that same day I signed the paper work. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to purchase a car from Kelly Nissan. They will do their best to help you out and make you feel just as important as the next customer. I visited Kelly Nissan during my lunch break to satisfy my curiosity about the new Juke. I was greeted by Charles, who had the keys in hand so I could take a look. He offered a test drive, but because I h my curiosity about the new Juke. I was greeted by Charles, who had the keys in hand so I could take a look. He offered a test drive, but because I had to get back to work, I declined, and said I would be back later. I came back after work and took the Juke out for a test drive with my family in tow. For the sake of comparison, I decided to take a Rogue out for a test drive as well. The consensus was that not only was the Rogue bigger, but we also liked it better than the Juke. I then went inside to get down to business. I had a Ford Fusion for trade in that I know I was upside down in, so we had to factor that into the price of the Rogue. I worked with Charles and his sales manager Chuck Matthews, and we came to a deal that worked. The only remaining obstacle was that I had aftermarket speakers that I needed to remove before I could trade in the Ford. The shop I deal with for my car audio is really busy with remote starter installs, and they weren't going to be able to get me in until February. So I began taking out the aftermarket speakers and amps myself, out in street in the cold, because I have no driveway or garage. Knowing this, Charles actually called and offered me the use of the dealers Detail shop to do the work so I could be out of the weather. Even though I ended up finishing what needed to be done here, the fact that they offered their facilities to me really impressed me. Even more impressive is that because I uninstalled the aftermarket speakers and reinstalled the stock on my own, I had some issues getting the door speakers to work. Charles told me to bring it in anyway, and they would have their guys figure out what was going on and make it work. I'm really impressed with the lengths that Charles, Chuck and the rest of the folks went to make the sale and get me in the vehicle I wanted. We arrived at the dealer around 1pm to make the deal. Charles had all of the paperwork ready, as did the F&I department. We spent a half hour signing all the pertinent papers, Charles went over all the manuals and gave us a walk around of the vehicle, made sure we were satisfied, and we were on our way. The entire experience was very pleasant, and for the first time I feel like a dealer went out of their way to gain a customer, not just sell a car. I highly recommend Charles Nowak and Kelly Nissan to anyone in the market for a new Nissan. More
Where to begin, I am always a bit skeptical when it comes to salespeople and service. We arrived to find the vehicle we had looked at the previous evening online outside of the front entrance. Our salesman Scott was also outside. We found out this particular vehicle was possibly sold,but did everything he could to try and accomodate us with financing because it may fall through. Long story short, my girlfriend got the vehicle she wanted at a payment that fit her budget. I applaude this entire staff and their pursuit of excellence with customer service/sales. Thank you again Scott,John, & Dave. You will be sure to see us again when we purchase our next vehicle. More

On the test drive he explained in detail the many features that separated the Rogue from competitor produts. It was both his approach to the sals process and the indepth knowledge of his product were very instrumental in my selection on not only the Rogue but also Kelly Nissan. Mr. Nowak is a productive member of the Kelly team who not only contributes to the overall Kelly objectives but also provides supperior customer interface with the Kelly Team as a whole. The Sales manager Mr. Chuck Matthews also deserves positive comment, his assistance in arriving at a equitable sales amount further fortified my desire to purchase a Rogue at Kelly Nissan. Although I must comment that had I been a Eagles fan I may have been able experience an even more equitable financial settlement.
