After visiting quite a few dealerships in the area, and becoming discouraged with each new car shopping experience, I thought I would give myself one last shot in trying to obtain a safe, efficient, depend becoming discouraged with each new car shopping experience, I thought I would give myself one last shot in trying to obtain a safe, efficient, dependable vehicle for myself and my family. I walked into the dealership, and it was not like any of the other experiences I had over the last several weeks, I was actually very impressed. I walked in, looked around briefly to find someone who could show me the many choices of vehicles on the lot. I was then met by Julio Toro. Julio Toro asked what he could do to help me that day, and I mentioned to him that I was in the market for a "New" car, and up to this point had been unsuccessful in finding that "perfect" vehicle. Julio Toro listened intently to find out what type of vehicle I was looking for, and then I took a test drive...the very next day, I returned to Kelly Nissan and picked up the car. Very good overall experience at Kelly Nissan, and Julio Toro not only made the shopping experience easy, but most important there was no pressure involved. Between my family and I, we think our overall car shopping experience was excellent. This was the second used car I purchased from a Kelly risk free dealer. And both times, i never had a problem with either the car and/or the service from the sales people. I do regret going to another us risk free dealer. And both times, i never had a problem with either the car and/or the service from the sales people. I do regret going to another used car dealer in between my 2 Kelly visits. I've learned my lesson! My only advise, your walls in at both sites need a little art work. We just purchased a used 2010 Nissan Rogue, and it was very, very easy and painless. Nick Paxos did a wonderful job of showing us the car and explaining all the ins and outs of this particualr model. I went to Kelly Nissan because of their great reputation around our area. I do not know if it is because I am a younger adult, but when I first walked in, no one came up to talk to me until Aj Marvelli did. around our area. I have enjoyed owning a pick-up because of the ability to carry most anything easily. When that was not an option, as I needed a vehicle right away, I went to the dealership, explained to Eric Sparrow what I was looking for, and he delivered!! I work 'off shift', and feel more confident with a 4x4. He helped me from start to FINISH in deciding what I could, and should, have in a 4x4 that would make me feel as comfortable as my 4x4 pick-up! I love my new cross-over :) Eric Sparrow, with his knowledge, and ability to sense what I needed, and the ease of finance options he made available is the main reason I would recommend this dealership. Scott Tophoney invested a great deal of time in explaining details about the car that most dealerships would not take the time to do.
