I recently purchased a gorgeous 2008 Nissan 350z Roadster from Kelly Nissan and I have to say the experience was really great. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick Paxos. He was very informative and definitely knew the car really well. He went over the whole vehicle with me and he was never pushy or overbearing. He really made me feel at home with the whole process and it's nice to deal with a salesperson that really puts his heart into what he does. If you're in the market for a new ride, make sure you see Nick. He won't steer you wrong. When it came time to put the deal together, Mike in the finance office pulled out all the stops to do everything he could to get me a good deal. He put in two days worth of calls to find the best financing and warranty options for me, and I couldn't be happier. Seriously, thank you so much Mike for all your hard work. When all was said and done, both Nick and Mike came into the dealership on their day off to finalize the paperwork and get me back on the road. You guys are awesome! Without Charlie being our salesperson, I am not sure we would have bought at Kelly. He is a true asset to the organization. He walked us through all the features of the car, showing us under the hood, in the trunk, in the interior. He explained the safety features as well as the "bells and whistles" of the vehicle. Our experience with Charlie started at the Lehigh Valley Auto Show and within 2 weeks, we visited the dealership and bought a car from Charlie. I can honestly say the car was bought more from Charlie than it was Kelly. Please let Charlie know that we will see him in the future for our next car purchase. I previously owned a 2008 Nissan Rogue which came to lease end. My daughter needed a dependable, safe car so I purchased the Rogue and provided it to her. Shortly after purchasng the Escape(two months), I realized it was not the car for me. I returned many items in my life but never a car! The Ford dealer I purchased the Escape from was less than enthusiastic regarding my desire to return the Escape and trade-up to an Edge. It appeared to be more work than it was worth. Throwing my pride aside, I contacted Charlie, whom I had briefly met when I was finalizing the purchase of the 2008 Rogue. Charlie was receptive, understanding, prepared, thorough, and respectful. I was on a time-crunch and Charlie and John expedited the process so I could drive away in my beautiful, 2011 Rogue. I commend Charlie for investing in his mid-life career change by respecting the customer, building a relationship, and getting results in a timely, no-nonsense manner. I purchased a new car in 2009 and was very satisfied so we went back and purchased a 2011. We were approached very quickly and the trade-in was fair so we had a deal. The only times we had problems was when we didn't go to kelly nissan to be taken care of from the beginning because sure enough we always had to go there to take care of whatever problem some other mechanic made worst.
