Karen greeted me in the parking lot as I was looking for a used pickup. She asked what I needed in the truck which, I then told her a crew cab, 4 wheel drive, automatic and 6 cyl. She said I have one on th a used pickup. She asked what I needed in the truck which, I then told her a crew cab, 4 wheel drive, automatic and 6 cyl. She said I have one on the lot and said she would bring it up for me. When she brougt it up we toke it for a drive and had mention she thought that there was possibly another on the lot which turned out to be a extended cab and I needed the crew cab because of my grandchildren. She did explain the features of the truck which had everything that I needed. Karen had asked if I wanted to put a deposit on the truck to hold it until I could bring my wie to see it, which we did the next day. Karen was very knowlegable of the product and was very helpful through the whole process. We did purchase the truck this evening (11/30/10). My husband and I went to Kelly Nissan because I needed a used car. Bill Hester was the Person that showed us around. He worked with us and helped me find a really great car. Just what I needed.
