Friendly, polite and efficient. Oil change and 4 wheel alignment were done in 1 hour and 20 minutes. The car was washed and immaculate when returned to me. Routine Service I stopped in yesterday to have my first oil change, tire rotation, and safety check of my Pathfinder. The service was fast and friendly. They got me in right on time and had everything done within a hour. I was out and back on my way sooner then I thought I would be. I was greeted very friendly and Larry Hughes double checked what I was there for. After the service was complete Larry carefully explained everything found in the safety check and answered all my questions. I was treated more like a friend rather than just a number. So far I have dealt with Kelly Nissan on two separate occasions, once buying my Pathfinder and now taking it for service, I have enjoyed the experience both times.
