State Inspection Had a 8:00 AM appointment for State Vehicle Inspection and oil change. Asked the Service Advisor to check the battery as the battery was the original Had a 8:00 AM appointment for State Vehicle Inspection and oil change. The battery was questionable as to be replaced and I asked that it be replaced with no pressure from the Service Advisor. The whole process took less than an hour. Great service. More

60,000 mile services I was met by Customer Service Person as I entered the garage. Did a quick check of lights. Entered service desk area. He checked for recalls. Estimated time for work would be 2 hours, which was what I was expecting for the services I wanted performed. Waited in waiting room. Pleasant area, well light, plenty of snacks, etc. Customer service updated status of work twice. Notified work was complete. Paid for service work, appreciate rewards. All work performed in a timely, professional manner. Car was washed. Looked great and ran well. Very pleased with my experience. More

Great job! Tire needed to be replaced. Another tire also had a nail in it and was taken care of free of charge, but I had just replaced my left rear tire that ha Tire needed to be replaced.
