Mr. Shwalbe, I am sorry this didn't work out but I certainly did respond as soon as I saw the first response and I sent it directly to your email address. I looked into the matter and saw my rep took the initiative to go out and take pictures and send them prior to the car being fully reconditioned. This truck is a bit unusual and we have 15 salespeople actively trying to sell the inventory. This is clearly a case of bad timing as the rep would not be aware of someone showing the same truck at the same time. As you can imagine the client in the showroom willing to buy the vehicle trumped an inquiry on line. I do not feel your disparaging comments are fair but you are entitled to your opinion. I wish you the best and if we could do anything for you in the future we would be happy to try.
