My experience with Ira Nissan was very quick and pleasant. Art was a wonderful saleman (not pushy at all) and found the car I had been eyeing online. We bought 2012 Nissan Sentra. This was the MOST enjoyable buying experience I could ever ask for from a car dealership, all thanks to Art Otremba. After test driving two vehicles, we noticed a familiar face behind the front desk, Mark Bedell (general manager) had remembered us by name from a past car buying experience, which made us feel at home. He came in ON HIS DAY OFF to get the registration for the vehicle done, (which took all day thanks to Liberty Mutual), just so I would be able to pick up my car that day rather than the following day. Marty gave us his business and cell phone number and we were assured we could use it at any time we felt the need. When I was about to drive away in my new car, Marty reinstated that if I needed anything or had any questions, I could give him a call anytime. We couldn't be more satisfied and would absolutely recommend the dealership.
