My experience with the Service dept. at Nissan Woburn has been nothing short of outstanding. In fact, everyone in the dealership, from Parts to Sales to Billing is friendly and willing to spend time to plea been nothing short of outstanding. Mike Walsh (my service advisor) is the most honest, outgoing, professional service employee I've ever encountered. He has always gone out of his way to explain repairs in detail and always attempts to avoid costly repairs and present alternatives. The important thing is that he sets aside the time to be thorough and truly cares about the satisfaction of each customer. I've owned 8 Nissans and been to lots of dealerships, and there is a very noticeable difference in the way these folks conduct themselves. There is a great deal of interaction between service advisors and technicians, so questions get answered quickly and accurately (techs. Jim and Tony have treated my vehicle with care and taken a prudent interest in what's best in terms of safety, performance and expense). Shawn (Parts Mgr) was kind enough to pre-order special parts and not charge me until I actually decided to have my vehicle fixed. I can't say enough about how easy it is to deal with these folks and how professionally they conduct themselves. I would highly recommend that anyone with a Nissan in need of repair give them a shot --I don't think you'll be disappointed. My 2004 Titan has undergone some major repairs after 80,000 miles of loyal service. Thanks to Nissan Woburn, it's ready for another 80k! More

My experience with Ira Nissan was very quick and pleasant. Art was a wonderful saleman (not pushy at all) and found the car I had been eyeing online. Other dealerships wanted to charge me for the deliver (or not even deliver at all!) but Art and Matt from Ira drove it down from Woburn for me- totally free! Great service. Art was clear and concise with what the Nissan Rogue could offer me and Mark was invested in finding me the best deal and the car that I wanted. We bought 2012 Nissan Sentra. This was the MOST enjoyable buying experience I could ever ask for from a car dealership, all thanks to Art Otremba. After I bought the car I saw few touch up on the paint due to glue. I called Art. He said bring it over and we'll look at it. Went and and he took good care of us. Art is a fantastic dealer and puts customer service and satisfaction above everything else.I would recomade very one out there to go see Art Otremba when buy a car. Recently our cars were totaled during the Oct 4th flood, and my wife and I were in need of replacement cars. After visiting a few dealerships, we decided to check out Ira Nissan in Stoneham. When we entered the showroom, we were cheerfully greeted by a well seasoned salesman named Art Otremba. His calm persona, and patients made us feel very comfortable. After test driving two vehicles, we noticed a familiar face behind the front desk, Mark Bedell (general manager) had remembered us by name from a past car buying experience, which made us feel at home. The Ira team worked together to make the whole process of getting replacement cars, very easy. We were in a hurry to get things done, and all promises were kept.
