I went in knowing what to expect, or atleast, what I thought I should expect from any car dealership - being pressured and uncomfortable, and I left with the truck I wanted feeling great about the exper thought I should expect from any car dealership - being pressured and uncomfortable, and I left with the truck I wanted feeling great about the experience I had. Belo was great! Was great to work with, he never made me feel pressured, and he handled everything with my car making it an easy and very enjoyable experience (they even had to get the truck I really wanted from another dealership). He was very patient with my requests, going over the numbers and my trade in, as well allowing me the time I needed to make the decision that was right for me. and he was always available to answer my questions, even on his days off he kept in touch and was so prompt. Hank on the finance side of everything was also great to talk with, again, no pressure, was up front and honest. Thank you both for everything! I love my new Xterra! More
I left the dealership thinking how many e-mails I had received from three different IRA individuals. I was given a "prefered customer number" and asked bring it with me to then have an appointment with received from three different IRA individuals. I was given a "prefered customer number" and asked bring it with me to then have an appointment with a fourth IRA employee (Mike Coco, sales manager). I was greeted by yet another IRA employee who I informed about my appointment. The sales manager (Mike Coco) was not available and I was asked to wait for an undetermined amount of time. Despite the fact that I had completed all of the "pre-dealer" visit paperwork, including being per-approved for financing, I was left feeling like a number (versus a real live person). Then upon my arrival to be asked to fill out another form? For what? You have all my information by my NAME. You know..the same one that we are given at birth! I know, I know...you would have expected me to give my number but I am not at a deli, I was there to look at a car. Whatever happened to dealing with people and not feeling like a number? More
Very good all around experience with Ira Nissan of Woburn and it ranks high on my list. Both Phil Filahi and Hank in finance made our visit very productive and Up-Beat. If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, I would highly recommend meeting with Ted Aylward, a sales associate, at IRA Nissan in Woburn. The process was pleasant from start to finish. I w I would highly recommend meeting with Ted Aylward, a sales associate, at IRA Nissan in Woburn. The process was pleasant from start to finish. I was first assisted by Kristen, who answered many questions online and always replied to my emails promptly. My appointment was set up and I was introduced to Ted. I knew ultimately my husband was going to be involved in the process, but I began the search on my own. Ted was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and listened attentively, as he helped assess my needs. We went for a test drive and exchanged pleasantries, but never once, did I feel like I was being "sold" a car. Instead, I was given the information necessary to make an informed decision. Now comes the necessity of shopping other dealers. Every cliche possible came out....This deal is only available today.....What were they charging you at the other dealer?.....You live nearby, I want to earn your trust!!... It was exactly the experience I most dreaded. Bottom line was, they promised to beat the best price I got at any other dealer by $100. I wanted my husband to come back to Ira in Woburn to meet Ted. After comparing the experience, he agreed that he would rather see Ted get the sale. If you knew my husband, you would know that was a HUGE tribute to Ted's personality. The day I picked up the car, he went over every detail with the patience of an elementary school teacher. Some of technology was putting me into information overload. He never made me feel rushed and even invited me to come back as needed. He had nothing to gain at that point. I believe he is just great at what he does!! At the risk of sounding naive, please know that I do understand the big picture. Dealers need to move cars and sales associates need to do their job in order to earn a salary. However, if you are looking for it to be a pleasant experience, and a win/win situation for all, I encourage you to visit Ted Aylward at Ira Nissan in Woburn. Best regards, VS More
Shawn was informed, organized and decisive. The dealership is organized and made the expensive experience less stressful. The car I wanted was on the lot, and in my color. It was fun to compare to dealership is organized and made the expensive experience less stressful. The car I wanted was on the lot, and in my color. It was fun to compare to the other cars for perspective. This is my 5th Nissan in 35 years, and all of them have been excellent. More
I requested a quote on Kelly Blue Book. Within 2 minutes Mike Miribelli contacted me with a quote. Without the quote on line I would not have visited the dealership. My husband and I went to look at the car Mike Miribelli contacted me with a quote. Without the quote on line I would not have visited the dealership. My husband and I went to look at the car. Phil was our sales person. He was very professional. We purchased the car for our daughter. Sales person Juanmy Reinoso, was the best sales person I interacted with on my car search. Looked at three other cars (Honda, Ford, Hyundi)and because I was not ready to buy that day wasnt treated with much interacted with on my car search. Looked at three other cars (Honda, Ford, Hyundi)and because I was not ready to buy that day wasnt treated with much interest. He knew the features of the cars and all of the differences in packages and models, which I found very confusing and he helped sort it out for me. Overall a good buying experience. More
I was considering purchasing a new vehicle about 6 weeks ago and test drove a 2010 Nissan Maxima. After doing so I was bombarded with E-mails from Ira. On Sunday, 8/15/10, I test drove the car again. I was ago and test drove a 2010 Nissan Maxima. After doing so I was bombarded with E-mails from Ira. On Sunday, 8/15/10, I test drove the car again. I was given a verbal quote and never got a hard coopy quote. The next day I asked the sales rep to E-mail me the quote with options I selected. Silence. Called the next day 8/17/10, and got him on the phone. He was busy all day. Then I was finally told that the "actual" pricing was $2,500 - $3,000 more than they verbally quoted. I would never recommend this dealer and their practices to anyone. More
I brought my car in for air conditioning repair. At first IRA, claimed it was the compressor, $$$ for repair, 4 weeks later brought it back and they claimed now it was the condenser, after a few phone calls IRA, claimed it was the compressor, $$$ for repair, 4 weeks later brought it back and they claimed now it was the condenser, after a few phone calls they agreed for me to pay for the part only which was fair. The winter comes and goes and then in late spring, the system again is not working, I ended up dealing with the general manager who investigated the problem and resolved my issue to my satisfaction.
