I had a very positive experience recently with Kelly VW. They were able to really come through with great customer service after an initial issue with a snow tire installation. Overall Experience: Again, I did have to go back, hence they were dinged a point. I do admit to have been in a bit of a sticky wicket on the initial visit - having been towed in with two flat tires (potholes!) - so I couldn't even leave under my own power since the spare was already used. And they didn't have a loaner available, or I would've left the car - and that probably would've avoided the return visit. So, having to go back, and not having a loaner available I think merits losing a point. Otherwise, the experience was very, very good. More

When we returned Steve walked through the sales process, we bartered and quickly brokered a deal. I would recommend Steve and his relaxed, no pressure, sales approach to anyone looking to buy a VW hassle free.
