I have been going to Kelly ever since they opened, because the same people that used to work for North Shore VW moved to Kelly when the building burnt down, and I have always had the best experience! because the same people that used to work for North Shore VW moved to Kelly when the building burnt down, and I have always had the best experience! Everyone is so helpful, and accomodating~ John in the service department has always given me first class service, educating me on what was necessary to fix at the moment and what could potentially wait if I was hurting for money. I usually went to Kelly when I needed maintenance done on my car, and I was ALWAYS happy with my service, both the work AND the price. They would always keep me up to speed with running deals or coupons, as well as recalls on my car. But last time I went up, I needed to trade my car in and get a more reliable, newer car. Flavio (my dealer) was unreal, I went in there knowing what I needed and told him I needed it fast, and I have NEVER bought a car in such record time. My mum has just recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and I will be having to commute from MA to ME quite a bit in the next few months so it was important to me to have something that i knew wasn't going to break down half way between here and there. I bought the first car I test drove, loved it, got the price I needed, got awesome bonus features like gap insurance and this thing that coats the front of my car to protect the paint from chipping. I could have driven it away in a matter of hours, that's how awesome they are! Three days later I had my (almost) new car, with a payment that would be super easy to make each month based on my income. Thanks so much guys, you help me breath easier! :) More
