Last year when I was shopping for an Id4 I was told that I could charge the car at any Volkswagen dealership. This was a selling point. When I just called to ask whether their charger was operational so I c I could charge the car at any Volkswagen dealership. This was a selling point. They essentially said that I had imagined what they had told me. Mind you, charging for an hour would maybe cost them $2. They were adament that I couldn't charge my car and were jerks about it. My wife & had a great customer experience with George Souza & Jorge Ochoa. Perfect combination..MEMORABLE!!!! Wish I could express similar sentiments for the receptionist who glanced at us as we entered, Souza & Jorge Ochoa. Perfect combination..MEMORABLE!!!! I enjoyed my experience purchasing a used vehicle at Kelly! Madison checked in and connected me quickly with my salesperson Anthony, who was laid back and not pushy at all. I will admit he did not know Kelly! Madison checked in and connected me quickly with my salesperson Anthony, who was laid back and not pushy at all. I will admit he did not know the vehicle well but that was not an issue for me at all personally. The most important part is that Anthony and George contacted me several times to check-in and update me, responded to texts and calls promptly, and got everything ready for me incredibly fast. I had just had a frustrating experience elsewhere, and I felt like this was the complete opposite experience; they were on top of things, professional, and were trying to get me into the vehicle fast, which was a top priority for me. The person in the office was also super nice and friendly, but I don't have their name. This was definitely easy and I love my new car, thank you! More
