Almost in every case, except our recent purchase at Ganley, we endured aggressive or apathetic salesman, 5 -6 hours of negotiation, aggressive follow-up phone calls after just visiting a showroom. Our experience with Justin and the Ganley staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Justin diligently attended to our requests to find a vehicle with the features that we wanted at the right price. We changed our mind a few times. Justin was very competent, professional, and friendly. He graciously and patiently accepted the new "go do" and delivered in a timely manner. The sales and finance teams were able to achieve the payments I was looking for and did not drag out the waiting and financing process as many other dealerships have a tendency to do. Nick and Al got me financed to buy the Jeep within a few hours. The team at Ganley Village is amazing. I have bought my last 2 cars there and will never consider going anywhere else in the future. I'm sure they could have made more money if I had traded in my vehicle and gone with something newer but this vehicle means a lot to me. Nick, Al and the team are unlike any dealership I have ever worked with. They actually care about their customers and make you feel like more than a sales number.
