The Ritz Carlton of car dealers!! I was introduced to Ganley Village Dodge by MC Mobility to obtain a new FOB for my newly converted ramp van and a free multi-point inspection.. I am d I was introduced to Ganley Village Dodge by MC Mobility to obtain a new FOB for my newly converted ramp van and a free multi-point inspection.. I am disabled with limited mobility. Upon arrival, Adam and Todd ushered me into the waiting area with outstanding attention and grace throughout. While there, I met Ken. He was likewise attentive. During my one hour wait, I observed incredibly engaged employees coming and going. A number stopped to say hello. I truly thought I was at the Ritz Carlton. While another dealer is much closer to my home, I will be traveling the extra 20 miles to Ganley Village Dodge for my future needs. More

They are pleasant, non aggressive and are interested in having you leave feeling good about having been there. For me they took service to a new level in covering an out of warranty repair problem for a Cherokee I hadn't even bought from them and where other dealerships wouldn't help. Even a rental was provided while repairs were being done. I drove an hour + away for this experience and was definitely worth the drive!
