I can honestly say working with Mike was a pleasure. I went to 5 dealerships before finding Mike at Mentor Ganley and he was the first to actually listen to our needs and not try to push me into a vehic I went to 5 dealerships before finding Mike at Mentor Ganley and he was the first to actually listen to our needs and not try to push me into a vehicle that wasn’t right. He was patient and although we didn’t find anything that day he kept his eyes out and found me the perfect used vehicle checking all my boxes. He is genuine and honest and a breath of fresh air from the norm in this industry.
