I like that I can deal with Fulton in service. He makes the experience more personal. The other service advisors could be a little more friendly. It seems that if they are not dealing directly with me I am the experience more personal. The other service advisors could be a little more friendly. It seems that if they are not dealing directly with me I am ignored. They should speak to and greet everyone if they expect us (customers) to feel welcome to Ganley. I took my truck in almost 3 weeks ago and haven't heard a single word from you since. It shouldn't take that long to get a part. You didn't have a problem selling me the new truck back in April.
