I had a great experience. I have been dealing with this issues with my 2011 Ford Escape for a few years now and the team was able to confirm and resolve the issue. My only concer was with the price for a issues with my 2011 Ford Escape for a few years now and the team was able to confirm and resolve the issue. My only concer was with the price for a job. If it wasn’t due to a design where the front wiper fluid was connected to the fuse of the rear wiper I would had just removed the fuse. So over $800 to resolve the problem feels a little ridiculous. However, this wasn’t an issue with the service department. They did an amazing job with what they had to work with. More
