Purchased vehicle from online ad. They are public safety and veteran oriented which is greatly appreciated and well respected. One item was mentioned and I was directed to their parts department to make my own repairs - wrong answer.I still would have made the purchase but the proactive honesty would have been appreciated. Sales person was friendly, GM's customer service skills are average and somewhat abrasive. Making a unseen internet purchase is more and more prevalent these days, even with mainstream dealerships - some improvements with this facility could make their future more effective. More
