Since he keeps good service records if something falls under warranty he able to assist with getting it covered. Would recommend them any day. JEFF at detailing down the street is someone you want at detailing. He and his assistant take pride in the work they are doing. Our motorhome looks like new again. The cab of our camper has not been that clean since we drove it off the lot. It was a pleasure to workwith both gentlemen. Would recommend your detailing even if you drive another brand. I purchased a car at the Barberton location and have lost all confidence in this company. My experience with this company was less than exemplary. I took my car back three times to have the driver's side window fixed, because it whistled as you drove down the road. Each time it was brought back I was told it was fixed. Round three, car delivered, and the window still whistles. I now question the validity of this company's service department and professionalism as a whole. More

Picked out a vehicle, had them run numbers and provided them with my preferred payment range (I did my research). They came back with a high payment, low trade, and average price of the vehicle. I told them to provide their best, and final offer as I did not agree with any of the amounts and the payment was not within my range requested. They budged slightly. Payment WENT UP due to an "ERROR." Their words, not mine. I went to Liberty Ford and was blown away! Four hours later, I had an identical equipped new F-150, got 2k higher for my trade, better APR through Ford, and a payment significantly less than what Ganley provided (which included extended contracts). This is not my first experience with Ganley. I had a similar issue a few years ago when I leased my Toyota. The service with my Toyota previously was worse (which they told me if I took down my review they would beat any other dealer), but I felt this time they were insulting me with numbers. I only gave 2 stars because Tony was authentically nice and very respectful. More

Over the top customer service I have/had a challenging financial situation.
