I tell ya what I couldn't be happier with the purchase of my Ford Fiesta! I got the run around from the other dealers I went to and was about up to here with frustration! I was at my last nerve and almost gave up on the process and then Tyler called. It felt like I was talking to my best friend and we had never met! I get to the dealership thinking oh this will be like the rest he prolly just fed me a few lines just to get me to come in but from the meet and greet I knew Tyler was going to be different! He gently showed me around the lot and I told him I wanted a Fiesta s- model basic no extras! He said we don't have any and I said of course not! Here we go again! But what does he do he upgrades me right on the spot! Fiesta SE hatchback! Power windows, sync, cruise, the whole 9 yards! I'm thinking I can't afford all this no way! He comes back an not only saves me hundreds but he saved me thousands!!! In 15 years when I'm ready for my next car I'm going back to Tyler! More

While trying to decide between 3 different models and walking back and forth across the lot checking seat comfort, head room, ease of entry, etc., I asked Tom to bring all three cars to one spot and put them side by side. He didn't roll his eyes, grimace, or give me reasons why he couldn't do it. He just smiled, said that it was a good idea, and went and drove them over. He let me climb in and out repeatedly, answered all my questions, and demonstrated the different functions and amenities of each one. There was no hurry, no pressure, and he said it was fine if I wanted to bring someone else to look at them and give me their opinion. When my car came in, he cheerfully programmed my phone,showed me all the gadgets, and again answered all my questions. He's a real gem, and if you forget how something works, just go back in and he'll explain it all again! More
I went in for an oil change and left with a new car for a price and payment I liked. Tom is very easy to communicate with and understands what you are saying. I was looking for a new car because in all my 16 years of driving I have never owned or even drove a new car. But as soon as I walked into the shop everyone was real friendly and I felt like family. When I was introduced to Joe I knew I wasn't going home without a newer car than what I drove in with. He knew exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted. I also felt no pressure to even purchase one. I would recommend Ganley ford to anyone that I know who needs a car new or used because I know they will walk out of there happy and a smile on their face. After I had the car for a few weeks, I heard a noise coming from the heater fan when I turned it on. I called Joe and explained to him what I was hearing and he said to bring it in. So when I took my car to the service department they told me it was going to take a day to fix, so they gave me a loaner car until mine was done. More
