outstanding James made my car buying experience very easy. He asked me what I was looking for and proceeded to show me cars meeting my expectations. He offered suggestions on accessories that I could find useful in a vehicle and we found a car that I really liked. We then sat down and talked about financing the car which he told me wouldn't be a problem. He took down all my information and came back shortly with the information that I was approved. I was so excited about this since this was my first time purchasing a car. We then completed this process by signing my agreement and James had my car cleaned. I never thought that I would be walking out of the dealership the same day with a new car but that is how it happened.
