In the end, we had an outstanding experience that was far better than we had at Lexus and many others. From our initial contact online with Morgan Didonna, they were totally upfront with all information requested and provided excellent pricing right from the beginning. John Minniti welcomed us warmly and really made us feel comfortable. John is very knowledgable and you can tell he really cares about your experience. John quickly gained a handle on our needs and didn't waste any of our time during our visit. I've encountered many car sales personnel who do not know their product at all, but John is superbly knowledgable about the entire product line and the many tech features that new cars have. He was able to translate this to us in an easy to understand manner and took the time to answer every one of our questions with answers that I know I can trust. The rest of the buying process was friendly, efficient and speedy. The finance manager, Tracy Sapienza was very helpful and took time to make sure everything was setup correctly and helped us get a great rate on our financing.
